Neon Art Installation In Dalston WW2 Bunker

Giant neon installation “SEX IS ART” in Dalston, London set in a WW2 Bunker.

This exciting new show features phasing flashing words, made from 7ft letters – all hand bent and designed in neon by Andy Doig at his Brighton studios.

Neon artist Andy Doig has been working with glass for over 20 years. Based permanently at his studio gallery on Brighton’s Regency seafront, Andy has produced bespoke original designs for Bands, Stage sets, Private commissions and well known artists.

I like to remain true to what I feel is the nature of neon, that is; slightly underground, and edgy. The Bootstrap Company’s Bunkerspace has given us with an opportunity to present neon light in a wonderfully atmospheric environment. The artwork is emotional, awesome and playful.
